The face-to-face course includes a strong practical component. During the training, we cover mentoring, detailed repertoire learning, real-time feedback, community support, teaching hours, and your practical assessment.

If you choose the online-only option, you will need to arrange your own teaching hours: 30 hours for Mat Pilates and 30 hours for Reformer Pilates. These hours must be signed off by a qualified instructor who can provide feedback, or you can submit videos to our team so we can review your teaching, provide feedback, and support your progress.

For your final practical assessment, you will need to submit a video of yourself teaching a planned class, which will be assessed by our team.

The online option is ideal for people who require greater flexibility and are comfortable completing the practical components independently while receiving feedback remotely.

The duration varies based on the course and your pace. Typically, our courses range from a few days to several months. Remember, the journey is as important as the destination!

To complete your teaching hours we partner with some studios in major cities but again reach out to your favourite studios and instructor and ask if they can mentor you and volunteer to shadow them for you teaching hours.
