At Body Athletica, our mission has always been bigger than running courses—we’re here to elevate the Pilates industry from the inside out. Body Athletica wasn’t created from a financial motive; it came from genuine frustration shared by experienced instructors who saw the same gaps day after day and knew something needed to change.

So we set out to build a solution: a truly comprehensive training pathway that produces graduates who are confident, capable, and ready to step into real studios with real skills. Our goal has always been simple—ensure that the instructors coming through our programs are people you’d be excited to welcome into your team.

Over time, we noticed a pattern. The strongest instructors—the ones who really embodied the Body Athletica approach—were often long-time clients and trainers who had already connected deeply with our method. They’re the people who show up consistently, feel the transformation in their own bodies, and eventually ask, “Where should I do my Pilates training?”

For years, we struggled to recommend a single course that delivered everything in one place: intelligent programming, prenatal and postnatal considerations, injury-aware modifications, progressions, regressions, anatomy that actually matters, and guidance that still encourages individuality and personal style.

We never wanted to create cookie-cutter instructors. Our vision is to empower trainers who think critically, move with intention, and bring something uniquely their own to the industry.

That’s why we’ve introduced the Body Athletica Affiliation Program—an opportunity for like-minded studios and instructors to partner with us in shaping the next generation of Pilates professionals.
